Welcoming more students back on campus this week has brought such happy and positive emotions. Our students have amazed us in how they have readjusted to face to face learning. Visiting classrooms has been an absolute pleasure and the JB campus has been the most wonderful place this week.
A big focus in our assemblies and PSHE lessons has been friendship and the character strength of kindness. Kindness was everywhere this week as students and staff reconnected and enjoyed being physically together. The happiness brought by being around one another was visible for everyone to see. The campus was full of life as students enthusiastically engaged in their learning and they were barely able to contain their excitement at being back at school!
Students got to experience our broad and rich curriculum in person with lessons in Art, PE, Music, Modern Foreign Languages and Computing. Many of our teachers met their students this week for the first time in person and it was lovely to see so many of our parents at arrival and dismissal.
